Mrs B, a 39 year old with a previous ectopic gestation and a miscarriage, came for IVF. She had dilated blocked tubes and a distorted uterine cavity on HSG.
We carried out a laparoscopy with delinking of both tubes and a hysteroscopic adhesiolysis.
She came back a year later for her IVF. We did an IVF cycle where 2 grade A embryos were transferred and she conceived and delivered a healthy baby at term.
