IVF Success Story No. 4
30 years old Mrs B underwent ICSI cycles with us for PCOS and Male Factor.
Her first attempt was a conventional ICSI cycle where 2600 IU recFSH was used; 42 oocytes were collected, 15 were MII, 5 (2PN) fertilized and five Day 3 embryos (1A + 4C) were prophylactic vitrified as patient had Severe OHSS.
Three months later an FET was done with 3 embryos which led to a negative pregnancy test.
After this she had 4 more cycles of IVF Lite + ACCUVIT where 6 Grade A embryos were cryopreserved for remote transfer.
She conceived in the second FET cycle after this with 2 Grade A embryos.
